Management Development Programme
Our Management development programme is our business vehicle for our future. 40% of our current Managers and Head Chefs have been trained and progressed through this programme.
Balls Brothers in House training is one of the best in the industry. We cover everything from Health & Safety, HACCP and COSH, to Wine & Cocktail training, to name but a few.
Through constant and regular training, it is our endeavour to ensure that all staff in the team have the confidence to perform there role within the company to the best of there ability, leading to a higher degree of staff retention with an excellent knowledge of our products and a sustained skill base.
